  6. The DSHELL software (Copyright (C) 1991 by D. G. Dempsey, All
  7. Rights Reserved) remains the property of the author.  The
  8. license grants the registered user the right to (1) make
  9. archival copies as necessary, and (2) use the software on one
  10. machine (or multiple machines provided only one machine with the
  11. software is active at any one time).  The registered user, by
  12. the act of acquiring the license, assumes all responsibility for
  13. the use and results of using the DSHELL software, and agrees
  14. that the author's responsibility for any liability related to
  15. this software shall be limited solely to the refund of the
  16. license fee upon return of said software.

  18. A registered user can obtain an upgrade to the latest version of
  19. DSHELL software by either (1) by sending $15.00 to the author, or
  20. (2) by sending the original disk and a suitable self-addressed
  21. prepaid disk mailer to the author.

  23. The DSHELL feature set and prices are subject to change by the
  24. author at any time without notice.
